Useful Information for a Report
Note the tool name, page address, browser and device, the approximate time, and a short description of what happened. Include a task ID only if the workspace displays one.
Keep Your Report Private
Do not include private photos, sensitive prompts, passwords, payment details, or access tokens. The form accepts text only; describe the error without attaching your original file or a private image link.
